Because we are a "gang run" style print company, we are able to offer a more competitive rate then our competition. We print all of our daily print jobs on either 20"x26", 23"x29", or 24"x37" size sheet and cut the jobs apart in order to reduce the costs of making plates and other fixed setup charges. With our high volume of print orders we are able to make this possible. Does Your job need special attention? No problem! What shipping options do I have?
We primarily ship with UPS. However, we can also ship and Delta Air Cargo, FedEx, Greyhound, or US Postal Service. Call us and we'll work with you to get your orders to you in the most effective and timely manner. |

What payment options are available?
All print work must be prepaid. We prefer Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, or Google Checkout. If you would like to pay with a check or money order, please overnight the check to us and fax us a copy of the check and the tracking number of the overnight package. Most of our customers use the Post Office's Express Mail for this. We also offer terms for larger companies that have filled out our credit application. |

Can you print jobs that are different sizes than you have listed?
Yes we can! For custom orders, please login and fill out our estimate form in the members workspace section and we'll get back to you with a custom quote. |

How do I order multiple items?
Shop as you go with Approved 4 Print! With our easy to use ordering system you can add products to your cart, manage your cart, and checkout as desired!. |

What kind of Paper Stocks do you use?
Most Postcards and Business Cards are printed on 14 PT Super-thick Cardstock or 16 PT Ultra-thick Cardstock. Most Brochures are printed on our stock 100 LB Gloss Book w/ AQ or 100 LB Gloss Cover w/ AQ. |

How long will my order take in transit?
Please go to our shipping times page to see how long packages will be in transit based off each of our five locations. |

What file formats can you take?
We accept any Mac or PC rasterized file format. This includes tiffs, jpegs, flattened psds, flattened pdfs, and eps. If you are going to send an eps, please convert all fonts to curves or outlines. Please refer to the How to Submit Artwork page for detailed information on the files we accept. |

What types of media do you accept?
We prefer you upload your order through the online ordering system, or via ftp or email. But we will accept a Mac or PC CD. |

Is there an extra charge for bleeds?
No. Unlike many other companies, all our prices include full bleeds free of charge. The bleeds should be 1/8" all around. |

How do I place an order and have my graphic designer upload my files separately?
During the ordering process, choose to submit the art via ftp, email or CD. Then have your designer e-mail them to info@approved4print.com along with the order information. |

How long will it take to upload my files?
Uploading may take a very long time depending on your connection speed. A status uploader will appear to guide you when uploading files. |
